72 fermentation process creating a bread that is easily digested [for those with gluten intolerance]. VEGAN.

Ingredients: Spring Hard Red Wheat flour, durum semolina, spring water, poolish [flour, water, wild yeast], cane sugar, sea salt, coconut oil.

Allergens: Contains Wheat Gluten, and Coconut Oil.
